By accessing or using Fit My Parts, you agree to these Terms. Our platform connects vehicle owners with certified mechanics for on-site car part replacement. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when booking a service.

You are responsible for providing correct vehicle details, a valid service location, and being present or reachable at the time of the appointment. Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent bookings or abusive behavior toward mechanics, may result in account suspension.

Payments are processed securely at the time of booking confirmation. All prices displayed include parts and labor. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are fully refunded. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

All mechanics on our platform are background-checked and certified. While we vet every mechanic, Fit My Parts acts as a marketplace and is not directly liable for work performed. All completed jobs are covered by our 1-year / 12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor.

Fit My Parts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
