The journey that made us who we are today
AutoService was founded in 2005 by Michael Johnson, a passionate automotive engineer with a vision to transform the car repair industry. What started as a small garage with just three mechanics has grown into a nationwide network of service centers known for excellence and integrity.
Our journey hasn't always been smooth. In the early days, we faced fierce competition and economic challenges. But our unwavering commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction helped us not just survive but thrive. By 2010, we had expanded to three locations across California, and by 2015, we had established a presence in 10 states.
Today, AutoService operates over 50 service centers nationwide, employing more than 500 certified mechanics and support staff. Despite our growth, we've never lost sight of our founding principles: honesty, excellence, and putting customers first.
We strive for excellence in every repair, every interaction, every day.
Honest recommendations and transparent pricing are the foundation of our business.
Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.
The numbers that define our success
As we continue to expand our reach, our commitment to quality service remains unwavering. We're not just building a business—we're building a community of satisfied customers and passionate automotive professionals.
Our goal for the next five years is to double our presence nationwide while maintaining our industry-leading customer satisfaction ratings. We're also investing heavily in training the next generation of automotive technicians through our apprenticeship programs and technical scholarships.
